SHOP MANAGER / ASSISTANT SHOP MANAGER/ SUPERVISOR (Boutique)

Job scope:

Serving walk-in customers, cashiering, planning of deliveries to customers
Attained sales objective determine by Company.
Coach and motivate a team of sales assistants and conduct training to new sales staff
Ensure grooming is maintained within corporate expectation. Promote and up-keep the image of the brand
Ensure smooth operation of retail store, monitor inventory level and replenishes goods.
Demonstrate excellent client relationship management skills, established professional relationship with clientele through personalized after-sales services.
Ensure house keeping is maintained at immaculate level, and merchandising display
Manage orders to refill stock, make sure the merchandise are lay out in the shop according to company’s SOP
Requirements:

High school/ Diploma/ Degree in any discipline (preferred but not necessary)
Preferred with 2-3 years of Retail experiences
Sales driven, independent, with good customer service skills
Good knowledge in retail brand especially high end goods.
Passion and keeping update to new and fashionable brands
Self-motivated and proactive; good time management skills with ability to multi-task, able to display initiative and work under pressure
Able to work independently and as a team player with strong sense of responsibility
Possess good people skills; effectively bilingual in spoken English and Mandarin
Able to work retail operating hours including weekends and public holidays
Working in Singapore
