Responsibilities :
- To solicit and follow-up with suppliers/customers and handling office administrative functions such as telephone calls, supplies, stocks, and logistics/shipments.
- To receive sales order and prepare for delivery and necessary documentations and reports
- To perform basic accounting role in invoices and delivery orders
- Discharging necessary tasks on documentation and paperwork for company directors.
- To provide general assistance and support to technical, sales and marketing staffs.
- Provide general support in product marketing designs, projects and event managements
- Candidates posses Professional Certificates, Diploma or Advance Diploma in Business Studies, HR, Secretarial or relevant qualifications
- Good communication both spoken and written in English and Mandarin is mandatory
- Be self-motivated, independent, and a team player
- Team spirit, responsible and initiative with positive work attitude
- At least 1 year working experience in related field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for junior positions.
