Responsibilities :
- Calling of event sites to secure event space
- Follow up calls to get site confirmation
- Data entry of all event bookings (requested, confirmed, declined or cancelled)
- Presentations to Malls
- To assist Regional Event Manager in preparation of various reports to management
- 1 or 2 years relevant working experience.
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent.
- Mature and Confident
- Computer literate
- Willing to travel locally and within South East Asia
- Possess own transport
