Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance to end-users and drive resolution of complaints in timely manner.


• Support technical enquiries and visit end-users in resolving application difficulties.


• Drive process improvement projects and perform R&D activities.


• Part of the team that envisions and creates competitive advantages for our products and services.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess MSc or PhD in Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Microbiology or equivalent.


• Resourceful and able to perform independently in a fast paced environment.


• Minimum 5 years of wet-lab research experiences.


• Prior experience in PCR, qPCR, RNAi, DNA sequencing or Proteomics applications will be added advantages.
