Main Purpose of the Job:
To provide administrative, recruiting, organisation and co-ordination support to the company in order to uphold company obligations, commitments and deadlines.
Responsibilities :
- To fulfill daily duties as instructed by Management
- Recruitment Process - Active role, implementation, action, reporting and management and overall general input into the process by way of placing and designing ads
- Preparation, balancing & finalising sales reports
- Update and balancing weekending reports daily
- Inventory and Stock control
- Organising conference calls and preparing of agenda
- Generation of handouts, bulletins and company literature
- Booking of flight tickets and accommodation for Senior Management Team
- Organising workshops, sales conferences, conferences
- Maintaining a clear knowledge of the company structure and future direction
- Display knowledge of the Appco Group and Appco's Marketing Companies - i.e. Company Structure and the Organisation
- Display sound knowledge of the Appco Group and Appco's Marketing Companies procedures
- Competently deliver training to individuals associated
- Reports to PA & Organisational Head Administrator
Requirements :
- Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Publisher
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Malay.
- Time Management skills
- Excellent mediation skills
- Diplomacy of problem solving
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential
- Ability to use initiative
- Ability to work under pressure
- Privacy & Confidential knowledge and understanding
- A valid passport to travel
- Malaysian or with PR status
This is a full time role and is available immediately. We offer a starting salary commensurate with experience.
