EVENTS CO-COORDINATOR ( Bukit Damansara )

Responsibilities :

  • Calling of event sites to secure event space

  • Follow up calls to get site confirmation

  • Data entry of all event bookings (requested, confirmed, declined or cancelled)

  • Presentations to Malls

  • To assist Regional Event Manager in preparation of various reports to management


Requirements :

  • 1 or 2 years relevant working experience.

  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent.

  • Mature and Confident

  • Computer literate

  • Willing to travel locally and within South East Asia

  • Possess own transport
