Customer Service Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Develop / Manage parts sales for construction equipment dealer and customer.
• Attend to quotation / order and enquires for parts dealers / customers.
• Manage construction equipment parts dealer and customers parts.
• Conduct Parts Training for dealers / customer.
• To promote and market new products as acquired.

REQUIREMENT:

• 2 to 3 years' relevant working experience.
• Minimum SPM /Certificate/Diploma Technical Institution qualifications.
• Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Words.
• Good command in English, Bahasa Malaysia and other dialects.
• Able to work independently.
• Process a valid driving license and own transport.
