Responsibilities :
- Assist in administering and coordinating Human Resources services in relations to the operations of the organization through employee relations, manpower and career development.
- Work as a team member within an established HR & Admin Department. The successful candidate is expected to handle full spectrum of human resource and admin functions of the company which includes prepare payroll, recruitment & interview, conduct staff orientation, training & development programs employee relations, management reports, update of HR policies & procedures and compliance of the policies, update & maintain personnel records & files, check medical expenses, attendance & leave administration, insurance related matters, etc.
- Assist in foreign workers renewal and procedures.
- Liaise with local authorities and government departments for labour and admin related matters.
- General office administration & maintenance related matters, etc
- Other ad-hoc assignment from time to time.
Requirements :
- Tertiary education, preferably in the field of Human Resource Management.
- At least 5 years Human Resource Managerial experience.
- Good knowledge of Employment Act, Malaysian Labour Law, Industrial Relations and prevailing HR practices and legislation.
- Excellent communication skills with good command of spoken and written English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Be a highly self motivated individual who is resourceful in problem solving and decision making
- Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
