QC INSPECTOR

Responsibilities : Performs incoming material/product inspections and visual examinations as required by established test methods and procedures Responsible for documenting all inspections and tests performed (i.e. IQC,OQC,LQC & ELT) on an appropriate documentation utilizing legible and neat handwriting/printing Responsible for documenting non-conformance on appropriate forms and communicating non-conformance to your superior Initiate material/product rejects notices, follow up and take corrective action jointly with the production supervisor and inform to your superior accordingly Responsible for maintenance, completeness and good order of the quality control history files Responsible for maintaining a neat and orderly work area and orderliness of general QC areas after each use of such areas Conduct quality checks in accordance to the quality inspection plan in warehouse and assembly line to determine whether the incoming products and finished product meet specifications and quality standards Analyse quality control data and make recommendations for improvement to your superior Interface with operators and acts as facilitator/coach in areas such as quality check processes and procedures Requirements : Minimum SPM/Diploma in any field Minimum 2-3 years of quality assurance experience Proven excellent attendance record Pleasant personality and good analytical skills Please submit online your CV with your passport size photograph (n.r) and your expected salary or you may fax to 03- 3375 5971 not later than 10 Disember 2009.
