Responsibilities:

• To develop a highly motivated fundraising team


• To motivate fundraising team in the enrollment of donors, harness donors for MAKNA cancer patients etc.


• To implement and strategies business development


• To formulate, develop and implement marketing and sales strategies/ plans to achieve the Company's objective


• To identify and evaluate new potential business/ ventures / locally and globally


• To identify and cultivate strategic relationships at all levels of customer organizations and creation of new market


• Ensure successful implementation of business strategy and develop work model


• To develop new market areas and network short and long term business growth strategy


• To realize the helping of marginalized cancer patients


• Monitor growth


• Prepared to learn

Requirements :

• Applicant must hold a Degree in Marketing or Business Management or MBA in Marketing


• Age : 35 - 40 years old (Preferred candidates could speak Chinese)


• Applicant must be a team person and leadership qualities - able to contribute to society and earn a decent salary


• Experience in promoting social values / especially team building,trust etc.


• Has social entrepreneurial interest/ quotient


• Enthusiastic, bright individual to plan, organize and execute fundraising team locally and globally


• Understand the delivery and sales aspect of the entrepreneur and develop strong team members for the growth of the enterprise


• Strong and powerful organizing and communication skills


• Strong written and oral communications skills in English


• Excellent presentation and persuasion skills


• Strong analytical skills with proven experience


• Planning and execution skills, with excellent attention to detail with proven ability to lead, demonstrating initiative and self-motivation


• Proven ability to meet deadlines and deliver results


• Excellent communications and teamwork skills


• Experience in Business Development and Marketing is a must


• Able to plan and execute independently
