ISP Partner Manager-Telco (Independent Software Partner)

- My client is currently undertaking a transformation programme, which covers Service Delivery Platform (SDP) Business Intelligence (BI), Inventory Management (IM), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Convergent Billing (CB) Design & Delivery, on behalf of a large Malaysia Telecommunications company.
- They are responsible for the solution delivery and systems integration across these areas.

The ISV Partner Manager is responsible for managing the relationship, delivery and commercial arrangements with the various ISV Partners the company has engaged to undertake project delivery within the project, and will:
- Work with ISV partners to ensure documented scope, cost, schedule, and contractual performance against agreed deliverables
- Ensure appropriate levels of staffing/skills are provided by ISVs in support of committed activities
- Establish an effective communication plan with the project teams and ISVs
- Provide regular commercial status updates of ISV progress to management
- Develop and maintain the project plan
- Monitor the ISV components of overall project plans
- Closely work with other teams to ensure tight alignment of objectives and expectations relating to the ISVs.
- Define and monitor issues, dependencies, risks and risk mitigation strategies relative to ISV commitments
- Confirm the quality of ISV deliverables
- Provide input and guidance to the development of Statements of Work for the ISVs.
- Minimum 6 years project management experience with at least 3 years in IT
- Must have worked on at least two large successful implementations (> 8,000 man hours each)
- Strong commercial management skills
- Good analytical and strategy skills
- Must have broad knowledge of development lifecycle.
- Ability to gain confidence with the customer
- Strong IT skills
- Ability to influence at multiple levels
- Strong Vendor management skills
- Strong Negotiation skills

Bachelor's Degree
At least 5 years experience in Excellent analytical and technical skills
